Order Processing
Standard Processing Time: Orders typically take up to 2 weeks to process. This includes the time needed to design, print, and prepare your items for shipment or pickup.
Rush Orders: If you need your order sooner, rush processing is available for an additional fee. Please contact us for details and availability.
Shipping & Pickup
Shipping Delays: Minacre8s is not responsible for delays caused by mail carriers once your order has been shipped. We recommend allowing extra time during peak seasons or inclement weather.
Order Pickup: You may choose to pick up your order at Tayac Elementary by selecting this option at checkout. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please do not contact the school directly; instead, reach out to us at 301-288-1087 or via email at Minacre8s@gmail.com or Tayacspiritwear@gmail.com if you have any questions.
Returns & Refunds
Custom Items: Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom items unless there was an error on our part. If you believe your order is incorrect or defective, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue.
Non-Custom Items: For non-custom items, returns and refunds may be available under certain conditions. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
Order Modifications
Address Changes: If you need to change the shipping address after submitting your order, you may do so as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us at 301-288-1087 as soon as possible to request an address change.
Order Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations may not be possible due to the custom nature of our work.
Quality Assurance
Product Quality: We stand behind the quality of our products. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us immediately so we can ensure your complete satisfaction.
Design Approval: For custom designs, you will receive a proof for approval before production begins. Please review the proof carefully, as we cannot make changes once the design is approved and production has started.
