  • Can I return or exchange a custom item?
    We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom items unless there was an error on our part. If you believe we made a mistake with your order, please contact us immediately, and we will make it right.
  • What is the order processing time?
    Order processing at Minacre8s can take up to 2 weeks. If you need your order sooner, we offer rush processing options for an additional fee. Please contact us for details.
  • How long does it take to receive a custom item?
    A custom item can take as little as 3 days up to 4 weeks depending on the item.
  • What if my order is delayed during shipping?
    Minacre8s is not responsible for shipping delays caused by mail carriers. Once your order has shipped, any delays are beyond our control. Please allow for additional time during peak shipping periods.
  • Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
    Yes, you can modify the shipping address as long as the order has not yet been shipped. To request an address change, please contact us at 301-288-1087 as soon as possible.
  • Does MinaCre8s accepts returns?
    .No, MinaCre8s does not accept returns on custom items.
  • Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?
    Yes, you can choose to pick up your order at Tayac Elementary. Simply select the "Pick Up" option at checkout. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.
